  • Uptime Guarantee: 99.9% network availability for enterprise leased lines
  • Support Response: 24/7 technical support with 4-hour response time for critical issues
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuous network monitoring and proactive issue resolution

Software and Custom Solutions

  • Development Timeline: Project milestones and delivery schedules as per signed agreements
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Comprehensive testing before deployment
  • Post-Deployment Support: Technical support and maintenance as specified in service contracts

Payment Terms

  • Payment Schedule: Monthly billing for ongoing services, milestone-based payments for project work
  • Late Payments: Service suspension may occur for accounts 30 days past due
  • Refund Policy: Refunds processed according to specific service agreements and applicable laws
  • Currency: All payments in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, technologies, and materials provided by G-MAX IT SERVICES are protected by intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:

Custom Development

For custom software development projects, intellectual property ownership will be clearly defined in individual service agreements, typically granting clients rights to use the developed solutions while preserving our rights to underlying technologies and methodologies.

Limitation of Liability

Termination

Termination by G-MAX IT SERVICES

We may terminate or suspend services immediately for:

  • Violation of these Terms or service agreements
  • Non-payment of fees or charges
  • Illegal or harmful use of our services

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir, India.
